Our Story

Maria Matias Music, Inc. is an international booking agency located in Carmel, CA.

Founder Maria Matias has over 25 years of experience in the music business. She worked for several years helping produce Luciano Pavarotti in concert worldwide as a Senior Events Coordinator and Financial Officer. Maria then moved to Monterey Peninsula Artists, one of the world’s top agencies. There, she started as an administrator before moving into an Agent position. At that time, the agency was developing artists like the Dave Matthews Band, as well as booking the likes of Aerosmith, Fiona Apple, Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt, KD Lang, and many others. She worked with these and other acts at Monterey Peninsula Artists and Monterey International for over 14 years, before opening the doors to Maria Matias Music, Inc. in the fall of 2006. 

Partner/Agent Jeff Doyle is also the agency’s Business Manager. With years of managerial, administration and budgeting experience, he oversees our contracts and finances.

Ross McCafferty is the Executive Assistant to Maria Matias and Jeff Doyle and is the agency’s Web Admin. He is also responsible for marketing, artist promo, graphic design, ticket counts and finals, and all social media outlets.

Together, they have built an international booking agency that is dedicated to their amazing artists.
