Maria Matias Music, Inc. is an international music booking agency headquartered in Carmel, California, with satellite offices in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Founder and Principal Agent Maria Matias has built a career defined by long-lasting relationships, and extensive knowledge of talent development. Her journey began on the world stage, serving as a Senior Events Coordinator and Financial Officer for the small team that produced all of Luciano Pavarotti’s global concerts.

Maria later joined Monterey Peninsula Artists (now THE TEAM), where she transitioned from administration into an Agent role. During her 14-years with Monterey Peninsula Artists and Monterey International, she helped shape the trajectories of legendary acts such as the Dave Matthews Band, Phish, and Norah Jones, while booking icons like Aerosmith, Bonnie Raitt, and Fiona Apple.

In the fall of 2006, Maria launched Maria Matias Music, Inc. Since opening their doors, the company has been instrumental in the touring success for acclaimed artists including Carla Morrison, The Devil Makes Three, Gregory Porter, Ledisi, and Lila Downs.

Jeff Doyle (Co-Founder, Agent & Business Administration): As a co-founder of the agency, Jeff works alongside Maria, representing the artist roster. With extensive knowledge in management and budgeting, he also serves as Business Manager, overseeing all contractual and financial operations.

Ross McCafferty (Agent & Systems Manager): Beyond artist representation, Ross manages the agency’s technical backend. He oversees research and development, database integrity, and the coordination of digital marketing and social media outlets.
